HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE GLYCOLIC ACID TONER? Start with 1-3x per week in the PM only. Gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance. Never use daily initially - more isn't better with active exfoliants.

CAN I USE THIS TONER EVERYDAY? No, glycolic acid toners should not be used daily. Overuse can damage your skin barrier. Maximum 3-4x per week for experienced users.

WHEN SHOULD I USE GLYCOLIC ACID TONER IN MY ROUTINE? After cleansing and before serums/moisturiser. Always use in PM only. Follow with hydrating serum, moisturiser, and SPF the next morning.

DOES IT CAUSE SUN SENSITIVITY? No—but daily SPF is always recommended.

IS THIS FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? No—try PHA Toner instead.

IS THE GLYCOLIC ACID TONER SUPPOSED TO STING? Yes, a mild tingling sensation is normal and indicates the acid is working. If you experience severe stinging, burning, or irritation, reduce frequency or discontinue use.

CAN I USE GLYCOLIC ACID TONER WITH OTHER ACTIVE INGREDIENTS? Don't layer with other acids (AHAs/BHAs), Retinol, or Vitamin C in the same routine. Alternate: use Vitamin C in AM, acids or Retinol in PM on different nights.

WHY DOES IT CONTAIN ALCOHOL? To preserve and stabilise the Witch Hazel extract.

WHAT IS THE pH LEVEL? 3.6–4.0

HOW LONG FOR RESULTS? Up to 6 weeks. Consistency is key - don’t overuse, more isn’t better.
