Sensitive skin may prefer once a week, while oily or blemish-prone skin can often handle 2–3 times weekly. Always listen to your skin and scale back if you notice any irritation.
Body skin is thicker and more resilient than facial skin, so 2–3 times per week generally works well. For concerns like keratosis pilaris (KP) or ingrown hairs, consistent use of a body exfoliator such as our Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Body Stick can show visible results in as little as 7 days.
