Can be used in your AM & PM skincare routine. After cleansing and hydrating with your chosen hydrator, gently pat 1-2 drops of Beta Hydroxy Acid Serum onto the face and neck.

Follow with

Moisturiser.

Finish with SPF in your AM routine.

WHEN SHOULD I USE BHA SERUM? Use after cleansing and before heavier serums/moisturizers. Can be used AM or PM, but always follow with SPF if used in the morning.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE SALICYLIC ACID SERUM? Start with 2-3 times per week, then increase to daily use as your skin builds tolerance. Those with sensitive or dry skin should maintain 2-3 times weekly.

CAN I LAYER BHA SERUM WITH OTHER ACTIVE INGREDIENTS? Avoid using with other exfoliating acids (AHAs, BHAs), Vitamin C, or Retinol in the same routine. Alternate these actives on different evenings to prevent irritation.

CAN I USE SALICYLIC ACID SERUM WITH NIACINAMIDE? Yes! You can use our 10% Niacinamide Serum and BHA Serum in the same routine. Apply BHA first, wait 10-15 minutes, then apply Niacinamide.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? Yes - just patch test first and build up slowly.

CAN I USE IT ON DRY, BLEMISH-PRONE SKIN? Yes. It’s formulated with 1% Hyaluronic Acid so it won’t dry you out. Use 2–3 times a week if needed.

WILL BHA SERUM DRY OUT MY SKIN? No - our formula contains 1% Hyaluronic Acid specifically to prevent dryness. However, always follow with moisturizer and SPF.

WILL IT HELP WITH BLACKHEADS? Yes. 2% Salicylic Acid helps unclog pores and reduce blackheads, breakouts + pore size.

IS IT COMEDOGENIC? No - it contains no pore-clogging ingredients.

WHAT'S THE PH? 4.5–5.3 AHAS VS BHAS - WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE? Alpha Hydroxy Acidsd (AHAs) = surface exfoliation (e.g. Glycolic Acid). Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs) = deeper exfoliation inside pores (e.g. Salicylic Acid). Use AHAs in PM, BHAs can be AM or PM - always follow with SPF.

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS? Most users see improvement in skin texture within 2-4 weeks, with significant pore and blemish improvements by 6-8 weeks of consistent use.
