HOW MUCH PRODUCT DO I USE? A few gentle glides across your neck, jawline & chest is sufficient. The concentrated formula means a little goes a long way - one stick should last 2-3 months with daily use.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE NECK STICK? Use twice daily - morning and evening - for best results. The gentle formula is safe for daily use and the more consistently you use it, the better your results will be.

CAN I USE THIS WITH MY RETINOL OR VITAMIN C? Yes, this neck stick is compatible with all your existing skincare actives including retinol, vitamin C, and AHAs/BHAs. Use it after your serums but before your final moisturiser step.

CAN I USE THIS ON SENSITIVE SKIN? This formula is mild but we always recommend patch testing before first use. The Bio-Active Ceramides actually help strengthen and protect your skin barrier, making it more resilient over time.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP OVER THIS? Yes, the lightweight formula is makeup and SPF-friendly. Allow it to absorb for 30-60 seconds before applying your next skincare step or makeup.

WHAT IS TECH NECK? Tech neck refers to the premature lines, sagging, and crepey texture that develops from constantly looking down at phones, laptops, and screens. The repeated flexion and thin skin of the neck area makes it particularly vulnerable to these signs of ageing.

HOW DOES THE BIO-ACTIVE CERAMIDE NECK STICK WORK? Bio-Active Ceramides strengthen your skin barrier whilst smoothing existing lines. Firming peptides target tech neck damage specifically. The gua-sha inspired shape provides gentle sculpting action that reduces puffiness and muscular tension for immediate lifting effects.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS? You'll notice immediate smoothing and hydration from day one. Visible improvements in firmness and line reduction typically appear after 2-4 weeks of consistent use, with continued improvement over time.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND A NECK CREAM? The stick format allows for precise application and built-in gua-sha sculpting benefits you can't get from a cream. It's also more portable, mess-free, and gives you better control over targeted areas like the jawline.

WHAT IS THE PH? As the stick is anhydrous (without water), it does not have a pH.
