Anti-Ageing Retinal Routine | The INKEY List

• This skincare routine can be used in both the AM & PM, however only use Advanced Retinal Serum in your PM routine. We also recommend to always patch test before using this product for the first time or introducing new products into your routine. Learn more about how to patch test here >
• CLEAN - Gently massage a raspberry-sized amount of Oat Cleansing Balm onto dampened face and neck for at least 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water.
• HYDRATE - Apply a pea-sized amount of Exosome Hydro-Glow Complex to face and neck
• TREAT - Apply a pea-sized amount of Advanced Retinal Serum and massage into to the face and neck. We recommend using this product every 5-7 days and gradually increasing to 2-3 days if your skin can tolerate this high % of Retinol.
• EYES - Take a pea-sized amount of Bio-Active Ceramide Eye Cream and gently pat around the orbital bone with your ring finger, working from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. On retinal nights, this helps buffer the dryness retinol can bring to the delicate eye area.
• MOISTURISE - Massage a blueberry-sized amount of Bio-Active Ceramide Moisturiser into face and neck.
• SPF - Apply SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

WHEN SHOULD I USE RETINAL IN MY SKINCARE ROUTINE? Use the Advanced Retinal Serum in your PM routine only, after cleansing and hydrating serum but before moisturiser. Start with every 5-7 days and gradually increase to 2-3 times per week as your skin builds tolerance.

HOW DO I INCORPORATE RETINOL INTO MY EXISTING ROUTINE? This complete routine is designed to work together. If integrating individual products, introduce the retinal serum slowly and always use SPF during the day as retinol can increase sun sensitivity.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RETINOL AND RETINAL? Retinal is a more potent, faster-acting form of vitamin A that converts to retinoic acid more efficiently than retinol, delivering quicker results with potentially less irritation.

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS FROM THIS ANTI AGEING ROUTINE? Clinical studies show visible improvements in wrinkles and texture within 4 weeks of consistent use. Individual results may vary based on skin type and concerns.

CAN I USE THIS ROUTINE IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN? Start slowly with the retinal serum (once per week initially) and always patch test. The routine includes gentle, barrier-supporting ingredients to minimize irritation.
