I have relatively greasy skin but use retinol products. Got this to use in the morning as I use a richer cream in the evening but find that it leaves my skin feeling really tight and I have to supplement it with a cream moisturiser which surprised me.

We're truly sorry to hear that it's leaving your skin feeling tight and isn't providing the level of hydration you need for your morning routine, especially when you're using retinol products that can increase your skin's need for moisture.
We understand how disappointing and frustrating it must be when a moisturiser doesn't deliver the hydration you're expecting, particularly when you've specifically chosen it to complement your evening routine with a lighter morning option. Having to supplement with an additional cream moisturiser isn't the experience we want for our customers, and we recognise how this adds an unexpected extra step to your routine.
While this formula works well for many customers, we understand that moisturiser needs can be highly individual, and sometimes even those with oilier skin types require more intensive hydration, especially when using active ingredients like retinol that can affect the skin's moisture barrier. The fact that you're experiencing tightness suggests this particular formula may not be providing the right level of moisture support for your skin's current needs.

I really enjoy Inkey products. They’re no-nonsense, they work, my skin has never felt or looked better. Of course everyone’s skin is different and might react differently. But for my skin-type (Naturally oily, prone to pimples) this has worked wonders.
