I THOUGHT YOU SHOULD NOT USE VITAMIN C AND B TOGETHER?
You can safely layer lower percentage vitamin C alongside the Niacinamide, such as our 15% Vitamin C + EGF Serum. We do not, however, recommend mixing pure L-Ascorbic Acid with Niacinamide as this could sensitize your skin and be potentially irritating.

WHY IS THERE A COCONUT OIL IN THIS FORMULA?
Coconut Oil has many benefits! It has wonderful moisturising, softening and barrier forming properties, which is why it is often formulated into products that form a protective barrier. Other benefits are: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant. Many people will speak against the use of coconut oil in cosmetics due to its higher comedogenic rating compared to other oils - the key thing however is that an ingredient with a rating of 4 in pure form can be reduced to just 1 when formulated so how comedogenic a product is, isn't necessarily down to the ingredient but heavily relies on formulation. This isn't to say that it won't be problematic for some, as with anything.
HYDRATING VS MOISTURISING - WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
Hydrators work to increase the water content of the skin. These target dehydrated skin. E.G. Hyaluronic Acid. Moisturisers help seal moisture into the skin. These target dry skin.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEHYDRATED SKIN AND DRY SKIN?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
Products can take up to six weeks to show full results, due to the time it takes for your skin cells to turnover and the results of any products to reach the surface. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you’re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don't overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.
