Is this cream supposed to smell this way? It smells quite... stale? Not sure. But I can smell it even after putting it on.
I've been using it for about a month now, but it's also not particularly brightening either.

On the brightening front - the eye area is one of the slowest to show visible change, and a month is still early days. Most people start to notice a real difference around the 8–12 week mark with consistent use, so it may well still be on its way!
