    Not very brightening

    Is this cream supposed to smell this way? It smells quite... stale? Not sure. But I can smell it even after putting it on.

    I've been using it for about a month now, but it's also not particularly brightening either.

    Hi Sandra, thank you for sharing this — and great question! 🙏 To answer you directly: no, the Brighten-i Eye Cream shouldn't smell stale, and it certainly shouldn't linger after application. That's something we'd really like to look into, so please do reach out to our Customer Experience Team and they'll get this sorted for you.     On the brightening front - the eye area is one of the slowest to show visible change, and a month is still early days. Most people start to notice a real difference around the 8–12 week mark with consistent use, so it may well still be on its way!
