I recently noticed red, greasy, itchy, scaly skin on either side of my nose (see pics) and read that salicylic acid helps with seborrhoeic dermatitis so I thought I'd give this a go.
I used it as a facial cleanser twice daily for a week then once a day in the shower and saw a massive improvement (see pics). The skin is smooth, non-greasy, no longer flakes and the redness and itch have gone.
It foams fairly well and has very little odour but sometimes leaves my skin a bit dry and tight, in which case I use a little Omega Water Cream afterwards as a moisturiser. Highly recommend this product.

I started to get acne on my cheeks and was struggling to find anything strong enough to clear it. Using this as one step in my double cleansing routine has really helped to get my acne under control without overdrying.
Only issue is I really hate the smell, it's like a chemical coffee scent which is the only reason I removed a star
