WHAT DOES THE PRODUCT DO? It will help reduce hair loss by stimulating healthy hair growth and improve thickness of the hair.

WHAT CAN CAUSE HAIR LOSS? There are many attributing factors to hair loss, including: diet, stress, genetics, bleaching, hormones, menopause and health issues. There is no set age when hair loss can begin and it can affect anyone at any point in their life. The hair on our scalp grows cyclically and follows three phases: a growth phase called the anagen phase, a regression phase called the catagen phase and a resting phase called the telogen phase. When, for a number of reasons, we experience thinning hair beyond normal shedding, this means hair is in a catagen phase.

HOW DO I APPLY THIS PRODUCT? Use an overnight treatment applying directly onto scalp. Use your fingertips to rub in and leave on overnight. Apply enough to cover the entire scalp. You can wash the hair as normal in the morning, if desired. Use this every night over a 3 month period for best results - consistency is key!

DO I NEED TO WASH MY HAIR BEFORE USE? No, no need to wash the hair prior to use! You can simply apply every night and then leave the product on to be absorbed by the scalp.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS? You will see results from using the Caffeine Stimulating scalp treatment after using every night over a 3 month period. Consistency is key!

DO IN NEED TO USE SPF ON MY HAIR/SCALP AFTER USING THIS? No, SPF is not necessary.

CAN I LAYER ALL THE INKEY LIST SCALP TREATMENTS? Yes, you can use this in the routine if you are using the other scalp treatments. Salicylic Acid & Glycolic Acid Scalp treatment needs to be applied before you wash the hair. Caffeine Stimulating Scalp Treatment can be applied is left on over night and applied daily.

CAN I FOLLOW UP WITH MY USUAL STYLING PRODUCTS? Yes.

CAN I USE THIS DAILY? Yes, this can be used daily.

WHAT IS THE PH LEVEL OF THIS PRODUCT? PH Levels: 4.5 – 5.5.

DOES THIS PRODUCT CONTAIN ALCOHOL OR HAVE ANY FRAGRANCE? No it doesn't.

CAN I USE THIS PRODUCT IF I AM PREGNANT? When using any exfoliating actives we would recommend seeking advice from your doctor prior to using if pregnant or breastfeeding.
