IF SO WHICH WOULD GO FIRST?Oat Cleansing Balm would go first in a double cleansing routine as it is oil based and is effective at removing SPF and makeup. We recommend following with a gel or water based cleanser such as Fulvic Acid Cleanser or Salicylic Acid Cleanser to wash away any leftover impurities. DOES THIS NEED TO BE FOLLOWED WITH ANOTHER CLEANSER?       No, you can cleanse using this one product or you can choose to follow with another cleanser if you wish! Our Oat Cleansing Balm is suitable for AM and PM use.  IS THIS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?Yes, this cleanser is perfect for a sensitive skin type as the formula contains Colloidal Oatmeal which contains a high level of skin beneficial natural actives which soothe irritated skin and reduce redness. CAN THIS CLEANSER BE USED IF THE SKIN IS OILY?Yes, however Oat Cleansing Balm is aimed more towards dry, sensitive skin. If your skin is sensitive and you wish to use it you could alternate it with one of our other cleansers that target oiliness, such as Salicylic Acid. CAN THIS BE USED IF I HAVE ROSACEA OR ECZEMA?Yes, it can work but we suggest patch testing with any product on your inner arm and waiting 24/48 hours to make sure there is no irritation.  CAN THE PRODUCT BE USED AS A MASK?           Yes, during your second cleanse leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing off for added nourishment. Do this 1 or 2 times a week.  MY BALM IS SOLID AND HARD TO SQUEEZE OUT WHAT CAN I DO? Our Oat Cleansing Balm is very susceptible to temperature changes due to the oil content of it's formulation and so therefore we see viscosity changes in various climates - in colder climates the contents will harden hence the difficulty squeezing from the tube. We would suggest running it under a warm tap for 30/60 seconds to soften the contents  MY BALM IS VERY LIQUID IS THIS NORMAL?        Yes, it's normal for balm cleansers to soften or harden! We'd recommend to give it a good shake before use and if this doesn&rsquo;t work, pop in the fridge for 15-30 to help solidify and store away from direct sunlight   WHAT'S THE % OF OAT KERNEL OIL?        There's 3% Oat Kernel Oil in the formula. WHAT'S THE % OF COLLOIDAL OATMEAL?           There's 1% Colloidal Oatmeal in the formula. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS? Products can take up to six weeks to show full results, due to the time it takes for your skin cells to turnover and the results of any products to reach the surface. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you&rsquo;re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don't overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.  IS THIS PRODUCT VEGAN?Yes! This product contains no animal derivatives and is now certified by The Vegan Society. WHAT IS THE PH OF THIS PRODUCT?This product does not have a PH level as it is waterless  IS THIS SAFE FOR THOSE WHO ARE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?Yes!
