This has turned my dry, cracked, lined lips into a beautifully plump, smooth and hydrated pout. Consistency is key though. Using at least 3 times a day. I was lazy and just applied once, maybe twice a day for a bit, during my evening and night routines. But once I starting topping up throughout day as needed - a tiny amount goes a long way- I started to see noticeable results in about two weeks, and my lips look more plump and full even between tops ups.
