This is my third bottle of this hydrating cream to milk cleanser because I rate it so much! It has a light creamy texture and I use it every morning and then again every night. It refreshes and cleans my face and neck in the morning before applying my makeup and then again in the evening to help remove my makeup and cleanse again.
