    i havent been able to use this, ive got the cream to milk cleanser and havent been able to use it due to needing to use my hands and throughly wash the product off

    I will say the black side is very very soft for cleansing and the white side is soft with a slight bit of roughness to help exfoliate and remove excess product and dirt
