I really like this product and the concept of a reusable cleansing pad, and I really appreciate the soft side and the more textured side for a more thorough removal. However, the less abrasive side has stained quite significantly despite infrequent usage and regular cleaning and washing, and I worry that it isn't a very clean or sterile product. I still use it for makeup removal, but only as a step prior to a secondary cleanser.
