The INKEY List Competition Terms & Conditions

The INKEY List Pop Up Competition, Win a year's supply of INKEY List products for a year. March 2022:

1. To participate in this competition, participants must have visited the The INKEY List pop up shop in London's Covent Garden from 19th March to 27th March 2022.
2. Winners will need to successfully unlock the safe with a 4 digit code. 
3. Each winner will receive a £500 Digital Gift Voucher, which will be emailed to them when the pop up event has finished.
4. The Digital Gift Card can only be used on uk.theinkeylist.com
5. Once the Digital Gift Card amount has depleted, it will not be renewed.
6. The prize cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative.
7. The contest is open to anyone, except for The INKEY List / SELFLESS BY HYRAM employees, contractors, families, or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
8. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal, or greater value, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9. No purchase from The INKEY List is necessary to participate in the competition. 
10. The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The INKEY List Pop Up Competition, March 2022:

1. To participate in this competition, participants must participate in The INKEY List pop up competition that is posted on Instagram on 7/3/2022. Participants must follow @theinkeylist on Instagram, live in England, Scotland or Wales, like, save and comment on the competition post hosted on The INKEY List Instagram page.
2. 5 winners will be chosen who meet the above criteria, winners will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram direct message from @theinkeylist.
3. Each winner will receive train travel tickets for them plus 1 guest, return train tickets will be booked from their nearest station travelling to London. Return tickets will be on the same day unless otherwise requested by the winner. Transport from the station to the pop up will be arrange.
4. At the pop-up winners will receive a 1:1 consultation for themself and their guest with a member of the askINKEY team, they will also win their full recipe which will be delivered to their home address with ‘next day delivery’. Winners and their guests will receive an INKEY ‘goody bag’ with additional products.
5. Winners must claim their prize during the pop up opening days which are Friday 18^th March – Sunday 27^th March.
6. The competition closed on 11^th March at 6pm
7. If you are a winner of any of the prizes, we will require your postal address and a contact number. The prizes cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative.
8. The contest is open to anyone, except for The INKEY List / SELFLESS BY HYRAM employees, contractors, families, or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
9. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal, or greater value, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

TikTok competition, October 2020:

1. Terms and conditions – To participate in this competition, users must follow The INKEY List on TikTok @theinkeylist, guess the correct answer and #theinkeylist with where INKEY will be launching next in the comments on the post. Each answer constitutes one entry.  This competition will run until 13/10/20 at 9am GMT.
2. On the creators accounts, 1 winner  will be selected at random, after the competition deadline, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above.
3. There will be a total of 1 prizes per creators profile, each receiving a years supply of INKEY products (limited to 5 products per month for 12 months) recipes an askINKEY skin consultation voucher.
4. For the video on INKEY’s own brand channel @theinkeylist there will be one prize, a  1:1 skin consultation with C&M and a year's supply of Inkey products (a years supply is limited to 5 products a month for 12 months).
5. The contest is open to anyone, except for The INKEY List employees, contractors, families, or anyone directly connected with the organisation.

If you are the winner of The INKEY List’s competition as above described, we will require your email address, a contact number, and a home address so that your personalised skincare recipe can be sent out. A member of our team will be in touch via DM to ask you about your skincare goals and concerns to create for you and your friend your personalised recipes.

Participant must join the live and put themselves forward to participate for a chance to ‘Spin the Wheel’. This competition will run on 08/11/21, from approximately 6PM GMT to 6:20PM GMT and 15/11/21, 22/11/21 & 29/11/21 from approximately 8:30PM GMT to 8:50PM GMT.
2. Spin to Win comprises of a physical wheel that will be spun by an INKEY List host on the participants behalf. The host will spin the wheel and whichever prize it lands on will be won by the participant.
3. There will be a total of 8 prizes on the spinner and there will be 4 winners for each live who will be selected at random who has fulfilled the criteria in point 2) above.
4. Each winner will receive a 20% off discount code which will be communicated to them after they have won via Instagram direct message. The discount is valid from the date of winning until 31^stDecember 2021. The code will be valid on full price items only (excluding product kits and purchases of gift cards).
